VELD|HOUSE Architecture is a burgeouning residential architecture studio looking to hire an Architectural Designer/Drafter with a passion for residential architecture and design.
Responsibilities
- Production of design & construction drawings including 3d models, site plans, building plans, building elevations, and details.
- Preparation and management of a comprehensive set of construction documents. Coordination of consultant drawings with architecture drawings.
- Production of drawings, images, and presentations primarily in REVIT, Photoshop, InDesign, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Production of documents in MS Word and Excel including programs, schedules, and meeting notes.
- Miscellaneous office tasks
Qualifications
- proficiency in REVIT / AutoCAD
- Intermediate knowledge of Sketchup
- Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
- 3-7 years of experience with architectural drawings and experience with engineering drawings.
- B.A. in Architecture, B.Arch or M.Arch. preferred
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work well under pressure on multiple projects and adjust work accordingly.
