Regional Marketing Specialist Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will support and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple dealership locations within our growing powersports group. This role is responsible for driving digital performance, brand visibility, customer engagement, and measurable growth through targeted campaigns, content development, data-driven marketing initiatives, and structured budget planning. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging digital tools to generate results, and supporting leadership through forecasting and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of progressive marketing experience (Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, or similar role)
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong background in content creation, including writing, editing, and producing engaging digital and promotional content
- Experience planning, coordinating, and supporting marketing events, promotions, or community engagement initiatives
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, paid social media, mobile targeting, and geofencing campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy and optimization
- Experience using CRM systems for email marketing, customer retention, and campaign tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Experience tracking KPIs, ROI, and marketing performance data
- Familiarity with OEM CO-OP programs, including submission processes, reimbursement tracking, and compliance guidelines
- Experience building or contributing to marketing forecasts and annual marketing budgets
- Ability to present marketing performance insights, forecasts, and budget recommendations to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across multiple dealership locations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and operational teams
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple dealership locations
- Lead content creation efforts, including developing written, visual, and promotional content for social media, digital ads, websites, email campaigns, and in-store marketing materials
- Coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand strategy and promotional goals
- Plan, promote, and support dealership events, sales events, community events, and customer appreciation events, including pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns
- Capture and repurpose event content (photos, video, social highlights) for ongoing digital marketing and brand storytelling
- Manage and optimize paid advertising efforts including Google Ads, social media ads, mobile targeting, and geofencing campaigns
- Support SEO/SEM efforts to increase online visibility and drive qualified traffic
- Utilize CRM tools to execute targeted email marketing, promotional outreach, and customer retention campaigns
- Oversee and manage OEM COOP submission processes, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely reimbursement tracking
- Develop and maintain marketing forecasts and budgets, aligning spend with performance goals and dealership growth objectives
- Prepare marketing performance reports and budget presentations for leadership review
- Monitor campaign and event performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with dealership leadership and department managers to support sales initiatives, promotions, and on-site marketing needs
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and platforms
- Track marketing ROI and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, content strategies, event marketing best practices, and manufacturer marketing guidelines
