Role Description (2–3 openings)
We're looking for detail-oriented, process-driven students or recent graduates to join our team as a Brand Operations Associate. This is a cross-functional role that spans both e-commerce operations and in-person customer experience — ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working behind the scenes and engaging directly with customers at events. You'll work closely with the founding team and gain mentorship across both digital retail and brand operations.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Fulfillment
- Upload and maintain product pages on Shopify (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory)
- Monitor order flow and fulfillment processes; flag issues and support resolution
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the team on restocking
- Identify and suggest improvements to the checkout and shipping experience
- Support maintenance and content updates for the B2B collaboration website, including copy edits, image updates, and page layout adjustments
- Assist in iterating on the B2B site design to ensure it accurately reflects the brand and serves wholesale and collaboration partners effectively
- Flag and troubleshoot any site issues, broken links, or outdated content
Customer Experience & Events
- Support setup and execution of pop-up events and brand activations
- Engage with customers on-site, guiding them through product selection and sizing
- Collect and document real-time customer feedback and behavioral observations
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and communicate findings to the team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, UX/UI Design, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Shopify — including storefront configuration, product page management, and basic theme or layout adjustments
- Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles, with an eye for clean, intuitive digital experiences
- Ability to evaluate a customer-facing webpage and identify usability or design improvements
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with customers in person
- Interest in fashion, beauty, retail, or consumer brands
Bonus
- Experience with UX research, customer journey mapping, or usability testing
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, or Google Analytics
- Prior experience in retail, events, or a DTC brand environment
