How you'll make an impact in this role- Service Delivery & Performance Oversight: Proactively monitor day-to-day service execution and metrics to ensure Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal teams meet agreed-upon service levels and contractual obligations.
- Vendor & MSP Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for significant incidents while coordinating cross-vendor delivery issues and identifying opportunities to rationalize the MSP portfolio to reduce costs or enhance quality.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the "run" operations budget (CapEx/OpEx), including forecasting, tracking IT costs, and validating vendor invoices to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement & Lifecycle Management: Review root cause analysis for systemic issues, approve service improvement plans, and oversee the technology lifecycle to increase efficiency and IT value.
- Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate issue resolution through creative solutioning and negotiation, maintaining effective relationships between senior leadership, technical experts, and external partners to ensure organizational goals are met.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 3 years of HealthCare IT experience required
- 5 years of IT experience preferred
- 2 years of Lab LIS or Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
