IT & Marketing Operations Coordinator

Bodenvy is hiring a proactive, highly organized IT & Marketing Operations Coordinator to work from our Maitland office, partnering closely with our IT Director and marketing team. This is a full in-person role. Remote work is not available.
This role starts with hands-on execution — running marketing workflows, supporting IT across locations, and leading the tech setup for new franchise openings. As you learn our systems and prove yourself, the role grows into building internal tools, integrations, and automations that help us scale. We're looking for someone with a real coding background who's excited to start in the weeds and build up from there.
You'll own the day-to-day execution of our marketing automation, lead the tech setup for new franchise locations, troubleshoot the tools our teams rely on, and have real runway to propose ideas, build integrations, and help shape how we scale operations across locations.
This is not a traditional developer role, but we want someone genuinely comfortable in code — writing scripts, building and maintaining integrations, and reading API docs fluently. We're looking for someone who has personally built and maintained marketing workflows, integrations, and operational processes — not only managed outside vendors.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain lead nurture workflows in our CRM, including email sequences, automated messaging, GIFs, UTM tracking, and landing pages
- Execute campaigns and messaging from the marketing team, making sure everything is configured and delivered correctly
- Keep workflows healthy, up-to-date, and aligned with how each location operates
- Support ongoing CRM hygiene and data cleanliness
- Lead the technical setup for every new Bodenvy location, coordinating configuration across booking systems, client management tools, internal communications, forms, and internal directories
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding — email setup, logins, tool access, clean removal when people leave
- Solve IT tickets and tool issues across locations
- Keep our booking and scheduling platform updated when services, pricing, or offerings change
- Support updates to internal tools used across locations — text, graphics, video, and code changes
- Build and maintain API integrations between our systems
- Write scripts and small internal tools to automate repetitive work
- Bring ideas proactively for automation, efficiency, and better workflows — and execute on them
Growth Path
The first 6–12 months lean heavier on operational execution — CRM work, IT support, location setup — so you learn our business from the inside out. As you build context and trust, the role shifts toward more technical work: building integrations, internal tools, and automations that scale across the business. The pace of that shift depends on you.
What We're Looking For
- Coding background with real fluency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) — you can read code, write scripts, build small tools, and work confidently with APIs
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations (direct API calls, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience in a marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM admin, or similar hybrid role
- Strong hands-on experience with a major CRM/marketing automation platform — workflows, email, landing pages, lists, properties
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step SOPs without dropping things
- Strong written communication for internal documentation and cross-team coordination
- Highly proactive, highly organized, and consistent in follow-through
- Must have personally built and maintained workflows, integrations, or operational systems — not only managed outside vendors
- Team-first mindset, coachable, accountable, no \"that's not my job\"
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multiple CRM platforms simultaneously
- Background in franchise, multi-location, or services businesses
- Experience with marketing analytics and BI tools
- Fluency with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) as part of your workflow
