GotBrakes is a fast-growing mobile brake service operating in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and Orlando. We are building a scalable, high-visibility local brand through disciplined execution, aggressive promotion, and measurable results.
We are transitioning to a structured, in-house marketing department. This role is not remote-first and not casual. It is execution-driven and performance-measured.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for executing daily marketing operations from our Jacksonville office (32256) and in the field.
You will work directly with ownership. This is an execution role — strategy is directed; follow-through and output are expected.
Performance is measured weekly through KPIs and contribution to company growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Execution
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Produce 5–10 short-form videos per week (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Edit video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Post consistently in targeted local Facebook groups
- Maintain daily story presence
- Assist in content planning and calendar execution
2. Google & Lead Generation Management
- Monitor and manage Google Ads campaigns (basic adjustments + reporting)
- Track cost per lead and booked jobs
- Update lead tracking sheet daily
- Tag and record call sources (ads, signs, organic, referral)
- Assist in improving landing performance
3. Review & Authority Growth
- Coordinate and request Google reviews daily
- Target 5–10 new 5-star reviews per week
- Track review growth
- Capture before/after content during jobs
4. Field Marketing (Required)
- Deploy approximately 75–100 yard signs per week
- Upload geo/time-stamped photo proof of placement
- Assist with door hanger campaigns when assigned
- Capture photo/video content during deployments
- Help refine targeting neighborhoods for sign placement
5. Outreach & Brand Expansion
- Assist with local influencer outreach (goal: 1 partnership per month)
- Support community partnership development
- Attend selected local events or car meets
- Assist with fleet prospecting outreach when assigned
6. Reporting & Accountability
- Update KPI board daily
- Participate in weekly KPI meetings
- Track monthly job growth contribution
- Maintain organized marketing documentation
- Provide weekly performance summary

Compensation
Base Salary depending on experience $35,000-$42,000
Performance bonuses tied to company growth milestones

- Are you able to secure at least one local influencer branding partnership within your first 30 days, using a service exchange, a small paid collaboration, or a combination of both, that results in real promotion of the GotBrakes brand?
- This role requires real field work. Are you comfortable physically placing 100+ yard signs and/or door hangers per month across high-traffic areas in Jacksonville, and can you explain how you would choose the locations?
- What’s your availability and desired schedule? Our current salary rate for first 90 days is $40,000 per year; Are you comfortable with this salary?
