- New York, NYScope: 12-month w2 contract with high potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + PTO Hourly Rate Range: $25 to $27Our client’s centralized Talent Partnerships team is looking for a detail-obsessed, pop-culture-fluent Coordinator to support talent strategy and activation across the brand's Advertising and Partnerships opportunities.This team sits at the intersection of talent, IP, and advertising — orchestrating campaigns like for the Super Bowl and brand partnerships with top comedians and actors. They lead talent deals end-to-end, from casting and negotiation through on-set management, post-production, and live appearances at marquee events like Cannes Lions and Advertising Week. This is a junior role with real ownership — no task is too small, and the right candidate will thrive on anticipating needs, sweating the details, and being part of a creative, fast-moving team where mistakes have real budget implications, and excellence gets noticed.What you'll do
- Support talent partnerships, events, and activations across Advertising and Partnerships
- Conduct ongoing talent research and contribute to casting ideation, using data, insights, and creative strategy to build recommendation decks
- Track and analyze talent brand partnerships — internal and external — to inform team strategy and client materials
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries for talent across events, shoots, and appearances
- Manage pre-production logistics including shoot scheduling, voiceover sessions, fittings, and prep calls
- Assist with on-site talent management at productions and high-profile events
- Support post-production deliverables including payroll, social content, PR coordination, and appearances
- Track budgets and talent costs across campaigns and compile post-event recaps
- Maintain and update team resources, trackers, talent website, and client-facing materials
- 2+ years of experience in talent management, communications, or events for a media organization, talent agency, or publicity firm
- A genuine pulse on pop culture, the creator landscape, and how talent intersects with advertising and social media
- Familiarity with talent agreement deliverables — endorsements, personal services, or similar
- Exceptional attention to detail and logistics coordination — you understand that a missed travel detail has real consequences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a white-glove approach to talent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, and WordPress
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when talent needs arise
