This role is on the front line, helping our patients every day. You will be assigned a large number of patients and your job is to help them be happy and successful.
What you'll actually do every day
- Patient Satisfaction — do whatever it takes to help our patients have a good experience and be successful.
- Sales — we have launched a series of products. This role involved upselling your patients solutions that help make their lives better.
- Customer Service — much of patient satisfaction is answering the questions from patients and solving their problems.

Role Description
This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Draper, UT. The Account Manager will build strong relationships with patients and ensure patient satisfaction by delivering consistent support and communication. Responsibilities include managing patient accounts, addressing questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and solutions.

Compensation
- This role has an all-in compensation range of $70-80,000. About 30% of that comes from commission based on how successful your patients are.
