Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead who can help us identify, recruit, and attract top-performing sales talent. This is a startup role for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats, networking naturally, building relationships, and helping scale a rapidly growing organization.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, organized, and naturally strong in both recruiting and sales-oriented conversations. This person should be comfortable identifying strong salespeople, helping sell candidates on the company vision, and building recruiting pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities
· Lead recruiting efforts for sales and business development positions
· Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
· Build recruiting pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
· Identify high-performing sales talent and help sell candidates on the Better Benefits vision
· Partner with leadership on hiring strategy and organizational growth
· Help develop recruiting systems and scalable hiring processes
· Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
· Represent the company professionally in conversations with candidates and partners
· Support operational and administrative functions as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
Qualifications
· 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales recruiting, or business development experience preferred
· Experience recruiting sales professionals is a strong plus
· Startup experience is highly preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Natural networking and relationship-building ability
· Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to wear multiple hats
· Highly organized and self-motivated
· Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
· Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or sourcing tools is a plus
· Ability to identify high-quality talent and communicate company culture and vision effectively
