Role Description:
The Digital Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator will contribute both to our agency's diverse client portfolio and to Millennial Marketing's consumer-facing brand storytelling approach. This is a part-time hybrid position servicing clients in and around Metro Atlanta with a home office in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will conceptualize, create, and manage engaging digital content across multiple social media platforms to amplify brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Account Management
- Build and execute digital content strategies for select Millennial Marketing clients across industries such as F&B, wellness, law, retail, and real estate.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to execute creative campaigns that align with overall brand and business objectives for each individual client.
- Conduct monthly content creation sessions to capture footage and photography for multi-channel use, and edit / produce high-quality, goal-oriented short form content to integrate into ongoing content strategies.
- Manage daily social media calendars and adapt tone of voice, style, and strategy per client.
- Contribute to graphic design needs to enhance online content strategies, and maintain brand integrity and creative consistency across all platforms.
- Create compelling copy and captions, with attention to platform-specific trends and best practices.
- Provide monthly analytics and performance reports with actionable insights.
2. Agency Brand Growth
- Actively contribute to the growth of Millennial Marketing by creating and curating content that promotes the agency itself across its own digital channels.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in elevating the agency's digital voice and industry authority.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in short form content creation.
- Content creation skills, including Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Photography
- Strong understanding of Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and Analytics
- Proficient in Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Storytelling
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation platforms
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and voices while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail, design, and emerging trends.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of emerging content and marketing trends
- Comfortable in a client-facing or collaborative setting, able to receive and implement feedback.
- Must reside in the Greater Atlanta area.
- Bonus: Experience in relavent industries such as real estate, fitness, wellness, food and beverage, and hospitality.
