As New Business Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle end0to0end 00from first outbound touch through to signed contract 00helping mid0market organisations make smarter, safer, more compliant decisions. Responsibilities
You’ll be in hunter mode, building pipeline from scratch and owning your number.
- Generating new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, networking, events, and smart research
- Owning the entire sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, close
- Engaging senior stakeholders and decision0makers with a consultative, value0led sales approach
- Turning complex regulatory, risk, and compliance challenges into commercially compelling conversations
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression accurately within CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborating closely with pre0sales, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion
- Leading commercial discussions that result in mutually beneficial, long0term customer relationships

Skills and Experience
You don’t call yourself a 2hunter2 on LinkedIn 00you are one.
- Proven success in new business B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally with self0generated pipeline
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Comfortable selling into SMB0 organisations and holding credibility at senior and C0suite level
- Confident running discovery, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals
- Familiar with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger 00you know why they matter)
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by progress rather than comfort
- Able to operate independently, while collaborating like a grown0up within a wider sales team
