About the Role:
This is where creativity meets coordination.
We’re looking for a Coordinator to bring our billboards to life beyond the board itself, using strong project management skills to capture them in the real world and turn them into high-quality, versatile content.
You will manage a nationwide network of photographers and videographers responsible for Proof of Performance (POP), ensuring every campaign is documented accurately, beautifully, and on time. From street-level shots with real foot traffic to perfectly timed night captures, you will define what “great” looks like, and make sure we get it every time.
This role blends a sharp creative eye with operational precision. If you enjoy building systems, managing multiple moving parts, and sweating the details, you will thrive here. It also calls for a relationship-driven communicator, someone who works closely with photographers, gives clear direction, and keeps projects moving through proactive, thoughtful communication.
What You Will Do:
Run POP from Start to Finish:
- Coordinate shoots across markets with a large network of contractors
- Ensure every billboard is captured correctly, on time, and to spec
Set the Standard:
- Build clear guidelines for framing, angles, lighting (day vs. night), and environmental context
- Define photo and video requirements to ensure consistency and quality
- Create repeatable processes that minimize retakes and maximize efficiency
Creative + Quality Control:
- Review incoming assets to ensure they meet POP and brand standards
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to contractors
- Ensure content is usable across POP, social, and client-facing needs
Partner with Social:
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to identify content worth amplifying
- Ensure assets are delivered in formats that support social and marketing use
Own the System:
- Develop and manage workflows for content capture and delivery
- Maintain a clean, searchable asset library
- Track shoots, hours, locations, and invoices across contractors
- Keep operations tight with no missed details, no wasted spend
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in project coordination, marketing ops, or production (internships count!)
- Extremely detail-oriented means you notice what others don’t
- Comfortable managing multiple freelancers and timelines at once
- Strong communicator who can give clear direction and feedback
- Photo/video editing skills (Adobe Suite)
- Equal parts organized and creatively aware
Nice to Have:
- Experience with field production or on-the-ground content capture
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems
- Background in OOH (out-of-home), media, or advertising
- Experience creating process documentation or playbooks
Why It Matters:
Great POP isn’t just proof it’s content, credibility, and storytelling. This role ensures what we build in the real world shows up just as strong everywhere else.
Why Join New Tradition:
- A fun, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly
- A growing team with strong momentum and clear direction
- High visibility and the opportunity to shape the brand alongside leadership
- Real ownership and the ability to see your ideas come to life
- A team that values creativity, initiative, and each other
