ABOUT US:
We're a small agency that builds thought leadership platforms for executives. We work mostly on LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and Substack, creating distinctive professional presence for our clients through smart content and meaningful engagement.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS:
You'd be responsible for the daily LinkedIn presence of 1-3 of our clients with room to add more client accounts.
FOR EACH CLIENT, THAT MEANS:
- Running a defined daily LinkedIn engagement checklist (ie, checking comments, DMs, mentions, sourcing engagement opportunities, etc.)
- Compiling a clear, scannable end-of-day digest email summarizing what needs the client's attention
- Scheduling and publishing approved content from our content team
- Coordinating with our account manager
WHO YOU PROBABLY ARE:
- 2-5 years in adjacent professional fields: PR, marketing, communications, content, social media.
- Detail-obsessed and tracker-oriented. You don't drop balls, you like checklists, you find satisfaction in things being organized.
- Comfortable working independently in defined systems.
- LinkedIn fluent – ideally, you have worked on client accounts on LinkedIn.
Total expected hours: ~10 hr / week to start with room to grow
