Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and design-driven Design + Product Development Assistant to support both the Founder and Head Designer. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of design and development—ideal for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of a collection.
You will play a key role in bringing product to life, from early concept through final production, with real ownership and exposure across all stages.
Key Responsibilities
· Design Support
· Assist in developing seasonal concepts, boards, and design direction
· Create and update CADs, colorways, and design presentations
· Support print and embroidery development and placement
· Organize and maintain design files and inspiration
· Product Development Support
· Maintain and update WIP reports and development trackers
· Track samples, fittings, and revisions across all stages
· Assist in fittings and help track notes and follow-ups
· Review and help approve lab dips, strike-offs, and handlooms
· Support communication with factories and overseas partners
· Fabric & Research
· Attend fabric and trim appointments to source and research new materials
· Help organize and track fabric and trim development
· General
· Assist with photoshoots, line reviews, and key meetings
· Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
Qualifications
• 1–3 years experience in fashion design, product development, or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in contemporary fashion and a clean, minimal aesthetic
