🚀 Business Development Representative (BDR) - SaaS
📍 Austin (Hybrid) | 💰 $55K base + ~$80K OTE + equity

What you’ll do
• Build pipeline through a strong outbound motion + inbound support
• Prospect into RevOps, Finance, and Sales leaders (Director → C-level)
• Run real discovery conversations - not just book meetings
• Own the process from research → outreach → qualified opportunity
• Partner closely with AEs to turn pipeline into revenue
Who you are
• 1-3 years of sales, customer-facing, or high-performance experience
• OR strong early-career candidates breaking into SaaS
• Willing to put in the reps - high activity, consistent outreach
• Strong communicator who can hold a real conversation
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated by growth
