Base Compensation: $60,000 Annually
Commission: New Business: 3% on new accounts/channels (first 12 months). Ongoing Sales: 1% on repeat/maintenance sales.

You are a builder: someone who can walk into a room (or a Zoom), read the energy, and close the deal. You think in systems, not just tasks. You will be the driving force behind Thaan wholesale and retail expansion -- with a particular focus on growing Thaan Grills into new channels and markets. This role is equal parts strategy and hustle.
General Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, with a primary emphasis on new channels and new business -- especially Thaan Grill.
- Build and manage a repeatable sales system: lead generation, outreach, pipeline management, follow-through, and handoff.
- Write all sales copy and create high-quality, client-ready sales materials with internal / external support.
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close new accounts across wholesale, foodservice, outdoor retail, and emerging channels.
- Maintain and grow key customer relationships while ensuring distributor and retail accounts are well-supported.
- Travel as needed to develop new business and support Thaan at key industry events.
Sales Systems and Strategy- Build and maintain a structured sales process: defined stages, clear follow-up cadences, and documented playbooks.
- Identify high-potential channels for Thaan Grills and develop targeted go-to-market plans for each.
- Use data to prioritize accounts, measure performance, and refine strategy over time.
Team and Culture- Be a role model for Thaan culture of hospitality and excellence.
- Lead with initiative and ownership -- remove barriers, bring solutions.
- Exceed customer expectations; represent Thaan as the most hospitable charcoal company in the world.
- Bring positive energy, creative thinking, and a growth mindset to everything you do.
Administrative and Technical- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and sales reporting with accuracy.
- Deliver weekly progress updates against WIGs and sales objectives.
- Ensure orders are placed correctly and fulfilled without error.
- Align sales strategy with marketing and operations goals.
Financial and Accountability- Own and deliver results against KPIs agreed with leadership.
- Focus commission earnings on new revenue growth while ensuring ongoing sales are serviced effectively.
- Use the monthly design budget responsibly to elevate the quality of sales materials.
- Measure success of initiatives. Fail quickly or lean in.
