Rabbit Funding is a New York-based business lending firm helping small business owners exit merchant cash advance (MCA) debt and transition into bank-backed term loans, lines of credit, and mortgage products.
About the Role
We're hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to own both our marketing function and our internal operations and tech stack. This is a hands-on role for a generalist who can build campaigns, run automation tools, and improve internal systems without needing a team underneath them.
The role is split roughly 50/50 between marketing and operations/tech. You'll report directly to the Managing Partner.
Marketing Responsibilities (50%)
- Create, plan and run paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, Reddit, X including budget management, creative, and optimization
- Build and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and dialer-fed calls
- Write copy for ads, cold emails, DMs, landing pages, and ghostwritten content for company leadership
- Build landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion tracking
- Produce a weekly funnel report broken out by product line (Mortgage, Bank Term Loans/LOC, MCA), including CAC, conversion rates, and channel performance
- Test new channels and reallocate budget based on performance
Operations & Tech Responsibilities (50%)
- Map our existing business processes (lead intake, qualification, document collection, bank submission, funding) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain workflows in n8n connecting Close CRM, Outlook, JotForm, Zoho Sign.
- Build an automated document collection system to reduce time spent chasing missing files mid-deal
- Build a daily lead intelligence report delivering 25-100 qualified prospects per morning, sourced from both existing CRM data and external sources
- Develop AI-powered workflows using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs for lead scoring, qualification, and outreach personalization
- Build live dashboards for funnel performance, CAC, and revenue attribution
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in growth, marketing, RevOps, or marketing engineering at a B2B company
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, or Google
- Demonstrated experience building automation workflows in n8n.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Close CRM strongly preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar acceptable)
- Strong copywriting skills across ads, email, and outbound channels
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering
- Experience with email and SMS deliverability standards
- Self-directed work style with a track record of operating independently
Preferred:
- Previous experience in fintech, lending, insurance, or other regulated B2B verticals
- Experience with lead enrichment platforms (Apollo, People Data Labs, Clay)
- Experience with attribution and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Metabase)
- Light scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) for custom automation needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped commission: 10% of collected revenue from any deal you bring into the funnel
- Full-time, W-2employment

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
