The Opportunity
We're a growing health and wellness brand selling online, and we're looking for a motivated, creative woman to join our small team as a part-time contract marketing assistant. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you'll be working directly with the founder, learning the real behind-the-scenes of building a brand, and getting paid while you build your portfolio.
Hours start at 10–15 per week with room to grow as the business grows. If you're hungry to learn and want hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce — this is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
• Filming and starring in street-interview style content on the BYU/UVU campus (think authentic, relatable, fun — not overly polished)
• Creating graphics and short-form video content for Instagram and potentially TikTok
• Researching trends and other brands and posting on IG
• Editing Reels and short videos in CapCut or similar tools
• Designing branded graphics in Canva for social posts (and sometimes paid ads)
• Helping manage and grow our Instagram presence
• Learning and assisting with Klaviyo email marketing as you grow into the role
Who We're Looking For
You're a current student or recent grad in marketing, business, communications, or a health-related field — and you bring serious creative energy. Not the polished, corporate kind. The fun, spontaneous, make-people-stop-scrolling kind. You're playful, you don't take yourself too seriously, and you know how to connect with people authentically.
You're also someone who gets missionary life from the inside — ideally a returned sister missionary yourself, or someone who's been close enough to that world to understand the culture, the challenges, and what that experience really feels like. That context matters for the work we do.
Must-haves:
• Returned sister missionary OR deep, genuine familiarity with missionary life and culture
• Current student or recent grad (marketing, business, health, communications, or related field)
• A naturally creative, fun, and playful personality — you bring the energy, not just the skills
• Comfortable on camera — can approach strangers confidently for street-style content
• Video editing intro experience (can learn while doing the job) — CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Graphic design skills — Canva at minimum; Figma or Photoshop a plus
• Strong social media instincts, especially Instagram
• Reliable and communicative — we're a small team and every role counts
Nice-to-haves:
• Interest in email marketing (Klaviyo experience or willingness to learn)
• Experience running or supporting paid Meta ads
• A content portfolio or social presence you're proud of

• Contract position · 10–15 hours/week to start
• Flexible scheduling — we care about results, not clock-watching
• In-person content shoots on/near BYU or UVU campus (By yourself and you can sub-hire someone to "hold the camera for you" and we'll pay the phone/camera person)
• Fully remote. We don't have an office. Everyone is remote
• Hours and compensation WILL increase as the business grows
• $15/h pay
