As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in managing and executing healthcare construction projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and clients to deliver outstanding service and technical excellence. This position requires an active Architect license and a passion for healthcare design.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Lead the preparation of full construction documentation and plans for healthcare projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Manage projects using our holistic Design-Build philosophy, keeping client needs at the forefront
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate project delivery and resolve technical challenges
- Participate in User Group and Stakeholder meetings throughout all phases of design
- Communicate effectively across departments and with external partners to ensure project success
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and detail-oriented work environment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare construction standards
- Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and articulation skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret construction documents and specifications
- Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with healthcare facility design, including new construction, additions, and remodels
- Strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Agile in overseeing architectural production and adapting to project needs

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
