Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy, optimizing customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization to increase average order value (AOV), retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Own and manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective campaign execution aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, implement testing strategies, and continuously iterate to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as eCommerce, Creative, Product, and Analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives, audience segmentation, and personalization tactics to drive continuous optimization and learning.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of hip hop and R&B music culture.
- Proven expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, journey mapping, compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Experience developing personalization strategies and customer journeys that drive retention and engagement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
