The Opportunity
As a Business Development Associate within the Global Operations team, you will support the coordination and execution of key business development and sales activities that drive pipeline growth and client engagement. This role is focused on tactical delivery, coordination, and operational support across the sales lifecycle. You will play a critical role in enabling the Business team and leaders by managing workflows, supporting outreach efforts, coordinating materials, and ensuring strong operational execution across go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day business development activities, including meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders
- Support outbound and inbound lead management by maintaining accurate records and routing within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of client-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Partner with marketing, delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and client requirements
- Support leadership on strategic BD initiatives
- Manage internal tracking of BD initiatives, ensuring visibility into pipeline status and activity progress
- Support outreach campaigns by coordinating lists, tracking engagement, and ensuring timely execution
- Maintain and update sales enablement materials, templates, and documentation
- Assist with coordination of client meetings, demos, and industry events (virtual and in-person)
- Track key business development metrics and support reporting for leadership
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, sales admin, coordination, or similar role
- Exposure to tech, SaaS, or services environments is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and project tracking tools (e.g., Monday etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly proactive with a “builder” mindset

The annual compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD.
