Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented person to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across three business lines: medical aesthetics, professional esthetician retail store, and an orthopaedic practice.
The role is designed for a self-directed professional who canindependently develop, implement, and optimeze marketing strategies that drive measurable business otucomes. The ideal candidate possesses both strategic insight and hands-on execution capabilities, with a clear focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the local community
- Design and implement campaigns that directly contribute to increased client acquistion and retention
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Lead content development across digital platforms, including instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Produce high-quality, conversion-focused content
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels
- Manage inbound inquiries and guide prospective clients through the conversion process
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Implement systems and processes to increase lead volume and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to enhance the client acquisition journey
- Support the development of promotional offers, service packages, and sales initiatives
- Monitor and refine marketing funnels to maximize return on investment
Event Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site and off-site marketing events, including open houses, vendor activations, and community outreach initiatives
- Represent the organization in a professional manner at local events and networking opportunities
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators, including lead generation, booking rates, and campaign ROI
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, business development, or sales-driven roles
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
Preferred:
- Experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare, or retail environments
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with paid advertising strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
