Responsibilities for this PositionWithin our global environment, the Senior Program Performance Management Specialist provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for new and mature programs typically valued up to $10M per year. As an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead, youll develop the program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team along with analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Earned Value Management or scheduling tool knowledge is required; solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
