Quality First Home Improvement is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to support continued growth in the Concord market.
We provide comprehensive home improvement solutions including roofing, solar and energy storage systems, HVAC, exterior paint and coatings, windows and doors, concrete, and attic insulation. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, professional sales practices, and delivering long-term value to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your personal sales pipeline within the Campbell/South Bay territory
- Conduct in-home consultations and professional product presentations
- Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals and execute sales agreements
Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain required auto insurance coverage
- Prior outside sales experience (home improvement industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven

This position is structured as a commission-only Outside Sales role.
