The Role
• Serve as a business partner for assigned functions, addressing accounting and finance-related inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan.
• Update monthly forecasts and provide commentary on business changes.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and build financial models for various requests.
• Lead the development and delivery of key metrics, scorecards, and reports.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in general business and finance.
• Experience with P&L management and financial systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
