Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic corporate development initiatives across Financial service sectors and business lines
- Evaluate and drive M&A opportunities, partnerships, investments, and strategic transactions
- Support integration and transformation activities post-transaction
- Partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders on long-term growth strategy
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, business cases, and strategic recommendations
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including advisors, portfolio companies, and senior leadership teams
Candidate Profile:
- 15–20 years of relevant experience within corporate development, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or principal investing environments
- Strong track record operating in senior leadership roles within large-scale or complex organizations
- Deep understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution
- Proven experience across M&A, strategic investments, and integration initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities
- Background from leading consulting firms, investment platforms, sovereign-related entities, or multinational corporates preferred
- International market exposure considered advantageous
- Financial services experience also considered advantageous
