Job Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, process improvement, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Support production teams in troubleshooting process and equipment issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
- Assist in creating and updating work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
- Work with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain)
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Help monitor equipment performance and support maintenance planning
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CAD tools or process simulation software
- Basic understanding of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis)
- Exposure to ERP/MES systems
- Knowledge of safety and industrial standards
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or pharmaceutical engineering.
- Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply
