Without active shop partners signed and ready on launch day, there is no product. This role has a direct, measurable impact on whether PuffRush succeeds, and we are looking for someone who is motivated by exactly that kind of responsibility.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven, people-first Sales & Partnership Manager to build the supply side of
PuffRush's marketplace. Your job is to get Miami's vape shops on the platform — through prospecting, in-person meetings, and relationship building. If you love the chase, love closing, and love seeing your work translate directly into results, this role was made for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Identify, prospect, and sign vape shop and retail partners across Miami onto the PuffRush platform
– Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with store owners
– Develop partnership proposals tailored to each store's individual business model and priorities
– Own the full onboarding experience for new partners from signed agreement through go-live
– Track pipeline activity and report on conversion rates, deal velocity, and partner revenue
– Collaborate with Operations to ensure new stores are ready and operational for launch
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– You have sold something — a product, a service, an idea — and you have a story about how you closed a deal that made a real difference
– You build trust with people quickly and you know how to have honest, productive conversations face to face
– You are self-motivated — you go find the opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you
– You have reliable personal transportation and are comfortable doing field visits across Miami
NICE TO HAVE
– Any experience selling into retail, hospitality, or small business verticals
– Existing relationships within Miami's vape, smoke, or convenience retail industry
– Bilingual in English and Spanish
– Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
