Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Roof Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, particularly in the roofing industry. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and account management, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients. The Experienced Roof Salesperson will be responsible for door to door sales, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to close sales effectively.
Duties
- Door knocking/canvassing to establish new clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the roofing sector.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new leads
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our roofing solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong skills in business development, account management, and territory management.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and direct sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
