Job Overview
We are seeking an entry level detail-oriented Entry Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attend regular meetings to provide updates on behalf of owneron project progress and address any concerns.
- Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Some experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge in blueprint reading, and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
