Vertafore/AMS360 Agency Consultant
Full-Time | Remote
Kite Technology is actively expanding our agency consulting service offerings to include Vertafore/AMS360 Consulting—and we’re searching for an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills to join our team!
As our
Vertafore/AMS360 Consultant, you will provide expert consulting on the AMS360 agency management system. This includes coaching and mentoring our clients with tasks ranging from successfully migrating to AMS360, to maximizing the value of their AMS360 investment.
Your primary role as a Consultant is to understand your clients’ specific agency management priorities and requirements, then recommend system configurations and workflows that will optimally meet your clients’ objectives. You will have the freedom to recommend and deliver solutions suited to your clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage agency consulting engagements to the satisfaction of your client.
- Deliver consulting services with the mindset of a coach. This includes management recommendations, workflow development, system configuration, and end user training.
- Maintain real-time documentation of consulting activities for the purpose of recording progress and ensuring accurate client billing.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of AMS360 and stay up-to-date on insurance agency management trends.
- Job is primarily remote. Some travel for marketing events or sizable clients is optional.
Position Qualifications And Skills
- 3-5 years of experience consulting on AMS360 or working as the AMS360 subject matter expert within an agency of 20 or more users.
- Proficient with general Microsoft applications.
- Experience successfully working both autonomously and collaboratively with a team.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Willingness and experience employing all elements of virtual meeting tools (i.e. cameras, meeting software, self-service appointment setting) to maximize the virtual consulting experience for clients.
- Reliable home internet connection for video meetings and a dedicated workspace.
- Self-motivated and agile in day-to-day work.
- Management/supervisory experience (preferred)
- Active and visible in the NetVU Community (preferred)
- AMS360 Accounting experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Compensation And Benefits
- Base = $80,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience
