Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales-Business Development professional, based in the Greater Chicago Area (focus in the south suburbs surrounding Olympia Fields). The responsibilities include identifying and creating new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, promoting relevant services, and managing hospital sales processes. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to revenue growth, and driving client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with Medicine and healthcare industry standards
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and healthcare providers
- Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in business development or healthcare sales roles is an advantage
