The Client Success Coordinator at Image360 Katy is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the coordination and execution of signage projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication across phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions, while understanding client needs and ensuring expectations are met with clear timelines and follow-through.
The position also involves maintaining accurate project information in CRM systems, coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating closely with design, production, sales, and billing teams to keep projects on track. In addition, the role supports shop organization, assists with light production tasks, and helps foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
