Process Engineering Technician - All Shifts
Responsibilities
- Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes
- Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications
- Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.)
- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards
- Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis
- Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/MES systems
