About the Role
Transparent Media is expanding our indoor digital billboard network and digital marketing services across Clackamas County. We’re looking for disciplined, structured, and ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a fast‑moving environment and want the freedom to build their own book of business.
This is a sales‑first role. Your focus is simple: connect with local businesses, understand their marketing needs, and sell advertising solutions that help them grow. Once a campaign is implemented correctly, you are hands are free — no ongoing account management or fulfillment work. Just sales.
As a 1099 independent contractor, you control your schedule, your pipeline, and your income.
What You’ll Sell
You’ll represent a modern, high‑impact suite of advertising and marketing solutions, including:
- Indoor digital billboard advertising placements across Transparent Media’s network
- Digital marketing services tailored to local businesses
- AI‑driven lead generation systems that help clients attract and convert customers
- Websites and digital assets supported by AWS infrastructure for speed, reliability, and scalability
- Bundled advertising packages that combine billboard + digital + AI tools for maximum impact
These tools give you a strong competitive edge when speaking with business owners.
Compensation Structure
This role is 100% commission, designed to reward high‑performing closers:
- 20% commission on all new business
- 5% monthly recurring commission on renewals and ongoing services
- 100% of the first month’s indoor billboard revenue
There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your effort and discipline.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage local businesses throughout Clackamas County
- Present Transparent Media’s billboard network, digital marketing services, and AI‑driven solutions
- Build relationships with business owners, marketers, and decision‑makers
- Move quickly on client needs and follow up with urgency
- Close deals and hand off campaigns for implementation
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and structured sales process

Requirements
