Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal operations teams
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Assist with buyout, change orders, procurement, and project forecasting
- Mentor junior project staff and support team development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, distribution, mission critical, or logistics projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling
- Stable work history and ability to lead projects independently
