We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Amazon Account Manager to support the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our Amazon and other marketplaces sales channel.
Job Description:
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will support the management and optimization of our Amazon account, as well as eBay, Walmart. Etsy and more. Your responsibilities will include product listings, inventory management, market research, customer service, listing optimization, photo editing, and marketing campaign management. You will implement strategies that enhance our brand's visibility, improve our customer's shopping experience, and increase our sales performance on Amazon and all marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing product listings, including product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and sales. A great knowledge of all technical tools and AI is a must.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth on Amazon.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, Prime Day, coupons, and advertising on Amazon at low ACOS.
- Maintaining compliance with Amazon's policies and regulations.
- Perform photo editing to ensure high-quality product images that comply with Amazon standards.
- Utilize AI tools professionally for data analysis, market research, and content creation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leading role in Amazon or other online marketplace sales environments. Decision maker.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, including Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). Same for all marketplaces.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity and usage of AI tools for business applications, with a strong interest in learning and leveraging new technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
