1AM Talent Group is a fast-growing talent management company representing talent across lifestyle, entertainment, fashion,and digital media. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and self-sufficient Social Media Manager to help grow the 1AM brands across social platforms, events, email marketing, and creator-facing content initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for aesthetics and branding, and can balance both creative execution and operational organization.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Film and edit short-form content for 1AM Brands social channels
- Occasionally film content in person with talent and team members
- Create monthly deal recap videos
- Research and send weekly trending audios, video concepts, and content trends for talent to film
- Post team and talent birthdays across social platforms
- Assist with content coverage during events and activations
- Travel as needed for shoots, events, activations, and company trips
Marketing & Brand Materials
- Create event recap decks and event pitch decks
- Design newsletters, email blasts, and text marketing campaigns
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website via Squarespace
- Maintain monthly analytics folders and reporting documents
- Help ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials
Creator & Team Experience
- Coordinate birthday flowers and handwritten cards for talent and partners alongside social posts for various milestones and birthdays
- Support internal team culture initiatives and creator experience moments
- Assist with ongoing community-building and brand touchpoints
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital trends
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form content
- Proficient in Canva and basic design/layout work
- Must have experience using Squarespace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Willingness to occasionally work events/travel outside normal office hours
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience in influencer marketing, entertainment, or social media preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, Texas
- Full-time position
- Some travel and occasional event/weekend coverage required
