What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
You’ll play a critical role in driving measurable growth across our marketing ecosystem — from email and lifecycle campaigns to renewals, subscriptions, and engagement programs.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Own the daily execution of promotional email campaigns across multiple publications and lists
- Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests that directly impact engagement, conversion, and revenue
- Analyze performance metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send, and LTV
- Identify winning strategies and rapidly apply learnings to future campaigns
- Maintain send calendars and ensure smart pacing, segmentation, and targeting
- Collaborate closely with editorial, production, analytics, and compliance to ensure accuracy and on-time launches
You’ll also lead and support campaigns tied to our core revenue engines, including:
- Automatic renewals
- Special renewal initiatives
- Annual maintenance and subscription fees
And beyond email:
- Write campaigns that scale across SMS, push notifications, web modals, and other traffic channels
- Analyze performance daily to uncover bottlenecks, leaks, and upside opportunities
- Engineer solutions that increase conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, and analysts to bring high-performing ideas to life
- Juggle multiple projects with speed, focus, and adaptability
- Stay on the cutting edge of growth marketing trends — and apply them in real time
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to check every box — but you should recognize yourself here.
- Experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing(Subscription-based or financial publishing experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Proven success running multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and behavioral triggers
- A data-first mindset — comfortable using dashboards, metrics, and testing tools to guide decisions
- Clear communicator who can lead initiatives across teams without needing a rigid hierarchy
- A relentless drive to test, optimize, and scale
- A genuine curiosity about people, psychology, and systems that feel personal at scale
