We are building more than a marketing agency — our long-term vision includes a full business growth ecosystem combining services, consulting, AI, automation, data, and proprietary software products we are actively developing and bringing to market.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to help build the revenue side of a company from the early stage, grow into genuine sales leadership, and earn meaningful equity along the way.
COMMISSION & COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base Commission — Sales Lead Level
- Self-closed deals (up to $1,500/mo): 25% upfront + 10% recurring monthly
- Leadership-closed deals (sourced by you): 12% upfront + 8% recurring monthly
- Sourced lead bonus: +8% upfront on top of booking rate
Manager Override — Upon Promotion to Manager Track
- Team override upfront: 5% of every close your team produces
- Team override recurring: 2.5% of every active client your team brought in, paid monthly for the life of the client
- Personal closes from team pipeline: 25% upfront + 10% recurring (full closer rate, earned in addition to overrides)
Performance Accelerators
- Hit 125% of monthly meeting quota: +$75 per meeting booked
- Hit 150% of monthly meeting quota: +$150 per meeting booked
- Maintain 70%+ meeting-to-close rate: +$300/month bonus
- Hit quota all 3 months in a quarter: 10% of quarterly MRR streak bonus
Important Notes on Commission
- Commission is earned when the client pays their first invoice — not at booking or verbal agreement
- Manager overrides apply to your team's production, not your own personal closes
- Personal closing comp (25% upfront / 10% recurring) is separate from and in addition to manager overrides
- All commission structures are documented separately and subject to written agreement
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Pipeline & Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients across target verticals including automotive, education, professional services, and local businesses. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. Build prospect lists, run outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences, book qualified meetings, and support closes for entry-level and early-stage opportunities.
Sales Process: Design Build and improve sales scripts, objection handling, email templates, call frameworks, discovery questions, and follow-up sequences. Help create repeatable sales processes that future BDRs, AEs, and team members can follow.
CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain accurate HubSpot records, notes, tasks, deal stages, and follow-up activity. Establish pipeline tracking, reporting cadences, and sales accountability. Report regularly on pipeline movement, close activity, agency recurring revenue, software recurring revenue, and overall revenue progress.
Sales Leadership Buildout: Help shape Indivieu's early sales structure. Support the development of sales workflows, team expectations, and training materials. Collaborate with leadership on strategy, revenue goals, and market opportunities. Grow into Director of Sales, VP of Sales, or Chief Sales Officer as the company scales.
Software Product Sales Support: Indivieu is actively developing a suite of proprietary AI-powered sales and business operations software tools currently used internally and being prepared for external commercial launch. You will provide frontline user feedback on these tools from a real sales-user perspective, help identify features and workflows that should be built or improved, and support the early commercialization of these products as they go to market. This is a rare opportunity to help shape software products from the ground floor while also being on the team that sells them.

Chief Sales Officer Requires: $100,000 MRR + $20,000 Software MRR · Executive sales ownership · Multi-lane strategy demonstrated Equity: +0.15% grant, fully vested upon issuance
Advancement is based on performance, milestone achievement, company needs, and formal written approval. Promotion is not automatic — it is earned.
EQUITY BREAKDOWN
Total target equity: Up to 3.00% fully diluted
Base Service Grant — 1.00% Issued at company conversion event (LLC to C-Corp). 4-year vest with 1-year cliff, then monthly installments. Vesting commencement date is your start date.
Revenue Mix Grants — 0.50% Earned in three tranches at $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 MRR (with corresponding Software MRR minimums). Fully vested upon issuance.
Position Advancement Grants — 0.50% Earned at Director (0.15%), VP (0.20%), and CSO (0.15%) upon formal appointment plus role confirmation period. Fully vested upon issuance.
Additional Sales Scale Grants — 1.00% Four grants of 0.25% each, tied to $150,000–$750,000 MRR milestones and documented sales systems built. Requires CSO title, employee status, and a completed conversion event.
No equity is granted at the start of this engagement. All awards are subject to a company conversion event, continued active service, and milestone achievement. Full acceleration on unvested Base Grant in a change of control.
CONTRACTOR TO EMPLOYEE CONVERSION PATH
This role begins as an independent contractor. Once the company reaches the financial threshold to support payroll and approves the transition in writing, you become eligible for employee status — which unlocks base salary, benefits, bonus eligibility, commissions, and access to higher equity tiers.
Conversion threshold: $25,000 MRR + $5,000 Software MRR sustained for 60 consecutive days. Meeting the threshold does not automatically guarantee employment or any specific compensation — conversion requires formal written approval.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communicator, comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and sustained follow-up
- Organized and disciplined with CRM tracking, pipeline management, and activity notes
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — comfortable building systems, not just using them
- Able to think strategically about sales processes, not just execute tasks
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, sales scripts, or pipeline frameworks is a plus
- Digital marketing, agency, SaaS, automotive, or consulting experience is a plus
- Sales leadership, team training, or sales operations experience is a plus but not required
