As our direct-to-consumer business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy Inside Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team operate at peak performance.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our sales organization by managing inbound leads, supporting customers throughout the purchasing process, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring every prospect receives an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do
* Qualify and distribute inbound sales leads to the appropriate Sales Advisors
* Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, email, and chat
* Assist customers with basic questions about XCare products and the purchasing process
* Prepare quotes and assist with warranty enrollment documentation
* Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
* Monitor lead activity to ensure timely follow-up and prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks
* Coordinate with Customer Success, Claims, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Assist with scheduling appointments and product demonstrations
* Support marketing campaigns by contacting warm leads
* Identify process improvements that increase sales efficiency
* Assist leadership with reporting and other administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
* 2+ years of inside sales, customer support, or sales operations experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
* Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
* Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
* Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
* Positive attitude and a strong team-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Automotive or electric vehicle industry experience
* Experience in warranty, finance, insurance, or service contract industries
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and AI productivity tools
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
