Position Overview
CMAC Roofing & Construction is seeking highly motivated Roofing Sales Representatives / Project Managers to join our growing team. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for driven sales professionals who want full control over their income and earning potential. Earning potential of $70K–$120K, with top performers earning $150K+.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, guiding homeowners through the roofing and restoration process, and managing projects from signed contract through completion with the support of our operations team.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Run and close company-provided leads
- Inspect homes for storm damage, restoration needs, and remodeling opportunities
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems and the insurance claims process
- Present solutions, overcome objections, and close contracts
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and referral partners
- Manage projects from signed contract through completion with support from company operations teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, job notes, and communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
Training & Development
At CMAC Roofing, we believe that strong training produces strong sales professionals. Our team members receive ongoing training and support, including:
- Roofing sales fundamentals, including retail, storm restoration, and insurance work
- Door-to-door strategy training and lead generation techniques
- Insurance claim processing and supplementing guidance
- Weekly role-play sessions and sales practice
- Mandatory material and product training sessions
- Quarterly sales classes focused on continued education, performance improvement, and collaboration
Ideal Candidate
