Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven E-Commerce Sales & Optimization Specialist to lead and grow our Clients Amazon and online marketplace business. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations while developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic. This individual will need to understand how to optimize online sales performance through data-driven decision-making, marketplace expertise, and continuous optimization. This individual will play a key role in scaling our e-commerce presence by identifying growth opportunities, improving product visibility, and maximizing profitability across all online channels.This is an opportunity for a hands-on e-commerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Account Management
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts and additional online marketplaces
- Oversee marketplace health, compliance, inventory levels, pricing, and operational performance
- Create, maintain, and optimize product listings including titles, keywords, images, A+ content, and product descriptions
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, advertising campaigns, and marketplace initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and marketplace opportunities
Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase online sales, profitability, and market share
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and conversion data to identify revenue opportunities
- Improve conversion rates and average order value (AOV) through merchandising, bundling, upselling, and promotional strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, traffic, and product visibility
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Conversion rate optimization
- Revenue growth
- Traffic and sessions
- Average order value (AOV)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Customer acquisition metrics
- Advertising performance
- Utilize marketplace analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency
Customer Experience & Optimization
- Continuously improve the online shopping experience to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with operations, customer service, marketing, and creative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Implement best practices in e-commerce merchandising, SEO, and conversion optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon or e-commerce marketplace accounts
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace best practices
- Experience with e-commerce analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization, online merchandising, and digital sales strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make revenue-focused decisions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Amazon PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with inventory forecasting, pricing strategies, and promotional planning
- Knowledge of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Experience scaling online sales channels and driving measurable growth

Salary will be based on Experience.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
