Staff Auditor – Remote

The Job:
As a Staff Auditor, you’ll be part of our Internal Audit team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Support our Direct Assistance Program. This role is ideal for professionals with substantial audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 accounting firm or a public company who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Execute remote audits, including walkthroughs, control testing, and substantive analytics.
- Support inventory activities, including inventory counts for external auditors under the Company Direct Assistance Program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and internal audits.
- Develop and implement audit plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm or a public company (manufacturing industry experience).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB requirements.
- Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Work alongside a diverse, highly skilled team with full support from senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Domestic and international travel required (approximately 30%).
- The role requires regular movement across large production and distribution areas.

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
