About the Role
We’re hiring a hungry, highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our brand partnerships team.
This is not a traditional corporate SDR role. We’re looking for someone who understands culture, community, wellness, and modern brand marketing - someone excited by the idea of helping brands show up authentically in real life.
You’ll work directly with our partnerships team and founders to identify, prospect, and book meetings with brands that align with the Coffee & Chill audience and mission. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, experiential marketing, and startup growth.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify potential brand partners across wellness, beverage, fitness, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, tech, and CPG
- Build outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach
- Qualify inbound partnership inquiries and schedule meetings for senior sales reps
- Maintain and organize lead pipelines inside our CRM systems
- Research brands, marketing teams, and decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Support sponsorship and partnership strategy across multiple event markets
- Attend select Coffee & Chill events and help build relationships in person
- Collaborate closely with founders, partnerships, and marketing teams
- Learn the fundamentals of sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, and strategic partnerships
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, partnerships, recruiting, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Naturally confident communicator with strong energy and people skills
- Organized, proactive, and competitive
- Passionate about wellness, culture, startups, events, and community-building
- Excited by modern experiential marketing and the future of IRL connection
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship-building
- Someone who wants to grow quickly into a closer or partnerships role
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or outbound tools
- Worked in events, nightlife, hospitality, creator marketing, or startups
- Existing relationships in wellness, lifestyle, or CPG brands
- Experience attending or working experiential events and activations
- Strong understanding of social media and creator-driven marketing
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + commission
- OTE: $65,000–$100,000+
