Codeword is a premium custom headwear and apparel brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. We create high-quality, personalized products for customers who want to wear something meaningful, memorable, and made with care. As our sales and marketing function continues to grow, we are hiring a Marketing & Customer Experience Sales Coordinator to help keep campaigns, customer communication, CRM details, and sales opportunities moving with clarity and consistency.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, customer-minded, and comfortable moving between marketing execution, customer service, sales support, and detail-heavy follow-through. The right person will enjoy variety, take pride in polished communication, and understand how great marketing materials, responsive customer support, and accurate sales coordination all work together to create a better customer experience.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support Codeword’s sales and marketing efforts by helping create customer-facing materials, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining accurate CRM records, and assisting with campaign and revenue-driving priorities. You will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and Head of Partnerships to support both day-to-day execution and longer-term sales growth.
Marketing & Campaign SupportCreate and update campaign assets, Canva graphics, email drafts, sales flyers, product one-sheets, social assets, and branded customer-facing materials.
Customer ExperienceHelp manage customer questions, requests, follow-ups, open items, sample coordination, product details, and timely communication.
Sales SupportOrganize leads, customer follow-ups, quote details, pipeline updates, reorder opportunities, reports, and next steps.
HubSpot & ReportingMaintain accurate HubSpot records, update contacts and deals, organize notes, and create visibility around sales and customer activity.
Leadership & Revenue SupportAssist with customer, campaign, product, reporting, and sales priorities tied directly to revenue growth and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and can balance creative work with operational detail. You do not need to be a specialist in every area, but you should be comfortable working across marketing, customer communication, and sales coordination.
Ideal candidates will bring experience with:
Marketing Materials & CampaignsExperience creating or coordinating campaign assets, email content, social content, product information, sales resources, or customer-facing materials.
Canva or Similar Design ToolsComfort creating polished flyers, one-sheets, simple presentations, social graphics, and sales materials.
Customer Service or Account CommunicationConfidence communicating with customers, clients, partners, or accounts in a warm, professional, and timely way.
Sales SupportAbility to organize leads, follow-ups, account notes, quote details, reports, pipeline updates, and next steps.
HubSpot or CRM SystemsComfort working in HubSpot or a similar CRM to keep contacts, deals, notes, and activity records accurate.
Writing & Follow-ThroughAbility to draft clear, polished, customer-friendly language and keep details moving without letting things fall through the cracks.

This role is especially well suited for someone who likes helping customers, creating polished materials, organizing details, and supporting a growing sales team with practical execution.
You should be comfortable switching between creative tasks and operational tasks, such as updating a sales flyer, drafting a customer email, organizing HubSpot records, checking on a sample request, preparing campaign materials, or helping the team follow up on an open opportunity.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a $50,000 base salary plus the opportunity to earn up to $25,000 per year in commission. Codeword also offers healthcare, a 401(k), and paid time off.
