LHH Recruitment Solutions' (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with an investment management firm looking for an Accountant. This is a growth-driven addition to an established accounting team and offers broad exposure across project, fund, and corporate accounting within a well-capitalized, actively growing organization.
This role supports accounting activities related to real estate projects from inception through stabilization and ongoing operations. The Senior Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and scalable processes as the platform continues to grow.
Duties:
- Month-end and quarter-end close support
- Wire and ACH processing
- Internal control compliance
- Financial statements
- Process improvement and system optimization initiatives
- Quarterly variance analysis
- Capital account and investment schedule maintenance
- Journal entries for project, fund, and corporate entities
- Cash forecasting support
- AP/AR backup support
- General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Audit schedule preparation and auditor support
- Tax data gathering and documentation support
Requirements:
- 1+ years' progressive accounting experience, ideally within public accounting or real estate development
- Bachelors in Accounting
- CPA preferred
