The Opportunity
- Support schematic design, foster design development and prepare construction documents

The ideal candidate brings:
Required:
- Landscape Architecture degree or similar field (horticulture, graphic arts, technical drafting)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Desire to listen, respond, and continuously eager to learn
- Organization and initiative
Preferred:
- 2D rendering and 3D modeling experience (Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of Zone 5 plants
- 1-3 years of experience

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically capable, but genuinely excited about thoughtful design, collaborative problem-solving and client satisfaction.

- Contribute to design direction and project storytelling
- Lead design development from concept through construction documents
- Collaborate directly with clients, municipalities and internal team
- Produce high-quality drawings, visualization models and presentations
- Participate in site visits and oversee implementation

- Organization, initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
Preferred:
- 2D rendering and 3D modeling experience (Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar platforms)
- 3-6 years of experience
