Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support business operations by analyzing data, gathering requirements, preparing reports, and assisting in process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates looking to start their career in business analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to support project execution and business operations
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business reports
- Support data validation, quality checks, and performance tracking
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required
- Assist in testing new systems, applications, or process changes
- Maintain accurate project and operational documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel reporting
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
- Internship or project experience in business analysis is a plus
