Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish, German or Italian are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously (SAP Business One preferred but will train) Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to accurately enter & confirm customer orders in SAP, maintain and follow up on orders until shipped to completion, work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, issue returns as needed, problem solve and offer great communication to sales reps and customers
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
